The consultant is primarily responsible for maintaining targeted occupancy percentages! Essential Tasks incuded but not limited to :
Touring prospective renters-Scheduale and conduct Tours to all prospects while highlighting the features of the Community Following up and managing all leads via phone calls, emails website etc Guide applicants through out the leasing process from application to execution of the lease agreement ensuring that all necessary documentation and approvals are executed Conduct background /credit reports Prepare all necessary Move In packages/Welcome packages Perform Move In Inspections Provide weekly Staff Meets/Reports Comparative market analysis reporting Update Websites with Current specials/availability
Qualifications:
Experience in on site Leasing Properties (Min 5 years) Proficient in Microsoft office Strong Time Management Skills and ability to meet deadlines Strong Customer Service Skills Exp with Yardi Software preferred Familiar with Fair Housing regulations Outstanding written and verbal communication Skills Job Type:
