The work is fast-paced, and we work with a variety of contractors and customers all over Long Island.
This role is entry level, and the successful applicant will receive training to allow a better understanding of our day-to day operations.
Responsibilities The work day begins as 8:
00am and ends at 4:
00pm.
Work will consist of:
answering phones and emails, data entry, prepare and maintain files for each new project, maintain logs of all contracted projects, scheduling inspections and keeping track of all incoming information.
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma, minimum Must be Responsible, able to report to work ON TIME Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Suite.
Experience within an Office Environment is preferable, although not required.
Fast learner, quick to grasp and process information Starting Hourly Wage:
$20/hour Salary increase possible, based on 6-month Performance Review Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
