Be able to interview and follow strict hiring protocols.
Candidates will need excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, familiar with HR policies and procedures related to hiring.
Job Duties:
(include but are not limited to) Answer telephone, screen and handle applicant calls Greet all visitors and potential applicants Screen candidates for open positions Schedule appointments and organize training meetings Assist with data entry and similar tasks General administrative and clerical support Coordinate interviews and recruiting events Conduct Interviews and process applicants Assess hiring needs throughout operations Ensure new employees complete all required paperwork and requirements prior to employment Aid existing employees with human resources related issues Maintain application logs, advertising logs and similar records Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or HR Generalist or HR Assistant Candidate should possess the following skills :
Strong organizational skills Strong customer service and problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Knowledge of computers and basic office software applications Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices Excellent typing skills Benefits Include:
