Ultimately will work with our Management Team/Programs to ensure Expenditures are accurate & practices are all standardized Responsibilities Include:
Verify Vendor accounts, pay vendors and track Vendor Insurance Resolve any/all payments/& Invoice Descrepencies & Expense Claims Issue PO & Wo change orders when and in conjunction w/management as well as stop payments Reconcile Account transactions weekly/monthly with general ledger Skills Required:
Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist minimal 5-10 years Advanced Competency in Business Management & Yardi Voyager Software Extensive Experience in Account Reconciliation & Organization Skills along with Time Management Excellent Collaboration & Communication Skills Job Type:
