We're seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and reliable, with impeccable verbal and written English communication skills.
If you've previously worked at a high-tech or manufacturing company, your experience is a plus.
NOTE:
this is not a retail position; this is an office-based business-to-business role requiring relevant experience.
Job Description:
- Sales order entry - Quoting products and shipping costs - Follow up with Production to ensure promised shipping dates are met - Assign RMA numbers for service requests - Assist customers with technical questions pre- and post-sale - Administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
Qualifications:
- Professional and friendly demeanor - Comfortable on the phone and writing emails - Experience in a technical support role a major plus - Experience working at an industrial company a plus - Export documentation experience helpful, but not required - Reliable, able to multitask, and meet commitments - Teamwork-oriented
