Hours 25 to 30 hours per week.
Monday through Friday 2:
00pm to7:
00pm and Saturdays from 7:
00am to 10:
00am (When classes are in session).
Includes but not limited to the following:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors to appropriate department.
Provide information regarding products or services of the company Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person Provide information to callers over the telephone Respond to emails and office correspondence Monitor, stock and restock office machines Perform data entry and filing activities Keep work area clean and tidy on a constant basis Collecting payments Enrolling prospective students Follow-up calls Filing Faxing E- mailing Data Entry Requirements:
Proven working experience in similar role Able to handle a high stressed environment Sales background- a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) Professional appearance Solid communication skills both written and verbal Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Ability to organize, multitask and priorities Telephone Skills Customer Focus Organization The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
