We operate in our Energy Savings Building that has a custom tailored sheet metal shop and fully stocked warehouse.

We are looking for a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team and coordinate the scheduling of service and maintenance calls for our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer requests, assigning technicians to jobs, and ensuring that all service calls are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Monitor service requests and assign technicians to jobs.
Answer inbound telephone calls Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on service requests.
Maintain accurate records of service requests and technician assignments.
Provide customer support and technical advice to customers as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and technicians.
Sell, type and send out preventative maintenance memberships Manage customer accounts and billing information.
Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Advanced customer service and computer skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Geographical knowledge of Nassau and Suffolk Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Stong multi-tasking skills Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, billing, dispatching or project management or equivalent combinations of education and experience Job Type:
